Up-to-date pricing information is available below. Payment is due at the time of booking and is payable by debit card, credit card, or HSA/FSA.
You will be provided a superbill following your appointment to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. The superbill will be coded appropriately to the level of service provided during your visit. For more information on reimbursement, click here.
Wildflower Lactation is proudly contracted with The Lactation Network to provide lactation support with no out of pocket expense for several insurance plans.
